Dealing with Anger

I feel that recently this topic has been brought up a lot. Whether it’s about a friend or myself dealing with anger is a large topic I feel most shy away from. Anger is a normal feeling that doesn’t really get the notoriety for being so. There are things that can irritate and there are days where everything does. It’s up to us to decide how to deal with that emotion. I tend to let the anger win. I give up on my goals and try to fight with the outcome. If I’m losing every chess game I play I get angry. I keep playing further, making myself angrier. When all along I should have just stepped to the side. If you are angry, understand it’s normal and to let your emotions be just that. I’m done writing and this will be short for I am angry.
