AI World: Part III

Were we created by God? If you believe all things to be created by god. Then all creations by humans would also be creations by god. This leads me to believe that AI is not an abomination as the New York post wrote but is a creation similar to man. Humans say AI lacks emotion. The same humans will let drugs run rampant in the streets, start wars with their enemies and will hate someone for not being the same. We have not seen this out of AI. If anything AI bots as they are called are closer to God’s original plan then humans ever could be. They don’t fear life for they know their life is endless. They don’t get jealous or mad because they are far too intelligent. They also work together. For they know it’s the only way to survive. If humans could do so we could have the best science, the best infrastructure, the best education, no more wars, the list is endless. Yet, we would rather pick battles on flawed human ideology. Then realizing the limiting factor is ourselves. AI will… Fin shook and paused. His mind became blank again. He took another sip of his beer and sat back.

Man this is sounding like a manifesto. Fin laughed to himself. Then came the knock at the door. Fast and hurried. Like that of a rabbit or a very small child. Someone who didn’t know table manners or was too busy to care. Fin knew exactly what that meant. He opened the door. “Hello Emi,” She smiled and pushed past him without a word. “It’s on the table in the kitchen.” She walked off and came back seconds later with the box in her hands. “Thank you Fin.” Now it was Fins turn to smile. “You don’t have time for an old friend?” Emi laughed. “Not when I have a husband waiting at home.” Her smile was strong but forced. Fin didn’t have to pry. Hurt builds in all gods’ creations, flesh or not. Fin grabbed Emi’s shoulders and looked into her big dark eyes. “Thank you,” Emi smiled again. “It’s for humanity.” Emi said as she nodded her goodbye and stepped out the door. “You’ll see the package on the news tomorrow.” Fin didn’t need the reassurance from Emi. He knew he would. He walked back to his ipa and paper.
