I didn’t have much today. A good day, good run, good golf, good friends and family. I wouldn’t change it for the world. I do have a review I’d like to share to one of my favorite bakeries in Bozeman called Wild Crumb. Please enjoy a very random and sporadic post:
Dear Wild Crumb,
This review comes from a place of love. As I can now say I’ve had 6 assorted differing pastries every saturday for the last 3 months. Please never change, you’ve become a meme for my friend and me. You’re mainstay items like croissants absolutely fire, but your seasonal items. You have a crazy ability to mix flavors in ways they shouldn’t be mixed. Ive had a rosemary vanilla buttercream cake from you that somehow created a burning sensation from the rosemary. Ive had a orange jam tart that you only used the orange rinds for the filling. Like rinds still taste like rinds even with sugar. Ive had a bourbon carrot cake that had whipped creame that tasted like straight vodka. Keep it up because it’s a great ability. I cant wait to see the biscoff, thyme, bacon croissant you invent. Much love, from a weirded out but happy customer.
