I guess at some point I was going to have to talk about him. I’ve mentioned him in many of my life stories. You see I have an issue where I enjoy talking. I talk all the time to everyone and everything, and this person well they get added into my stories because of their proximity to me. I call him Joe. If you meet me you’ll hear me say my friend joe. I’ve been saying it for years now. Joe isn’t like me; he won’t tell everyone about me. He won’t tell most people most things. Why have the burden of trying to entertain when you could enjoy your own time. That’s what Joe would think. He’s science brained, I am not. He’s blunt, I am not. He’s calculated, I am not. We work together like Yin and Yang. We can have deep conversations about life changing topics. We can challenge each other in running, lifting and gaming. We can travel together, live together and work together. Without a single issue ever rising. It’s made me realize that it’s the life we both chose. From an early stage you can decide on two factors: money or wisdom? You can spend your life being busy. Consistent noise and work to always grow. Once you own it all everyone calls but you never have peace. Or you can realize even a small amount of money can go a long way if you live in the moment. Now is the only time you have to do what you want. 6 years isn’t guaranteed, hell not even tomorrow is. If money, lofty goals, big ups and big downs is what makes you happy, chase it. As for me I enjoy the peace and I call him Joe.
