In the year 2030 the AI revolution has created an exodus of human capabilities leading towards the downfall of society. Free thinking and composure of the human mind has degraded into nothingness and thought is simply a formality of processing emotion. Computers now out-work and out-think even the most skilled skin bags.
Quantum acceleration of AI learning will take Moore’s Law into a new interpretation. Rather than transistors packed into a Silicon platform, we extrapolate the trend to generalized artificial capabilities. Imagine your favorite large language model, but now it is able to guide machines to solve new problems posed to humanity rather than summarizing the accumulation of knowledge on the world wide web. No longer will free thought be a requirement of existence.
Superposition is a quantum mechanical effect that occurs when two unique states are entangled. Observation of one state creates the collapse of another. Qubits, the quantum equivalent of a transistor, depend on this mechanism for various modern archetextures. However, to accelerate the training of AI datasets using Qubits, high fidelity hybrid systems are required.
Experts in the field believe that soon, unknown problems to man will be solved by AI for the first time using superposition. Calculations in the quantum regime differ from classical systems because the available states are infinite rather than finitely restricted to ones or zeros. In a realm of a nearly infinite amount of data this means that the time that it would take to train a single AI node with all other relevant sources would be brought down by orders of magnitude commensurate with the amount of training nodes.
Now the astute reader may be thinking, well this is all fine and dandy, and maybe a bit scary to think about, but is this actually being worked on? This is where I say, yes. I can not speak in detail as to how this revolution will occur to avoid boring the majority of people and violating court orders, but be prepared and ready for a future that values humans not for what they do or obtain, but for the interpersonal relationships they have garnered. Take the people closest to you, your loved ones, and your hobbies seriously and enjoy every minute of it because soon, your job, your boss, your professional skill set, will become irrelevant for most.
